Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges.

Once you have made a purchase, the price of your tickets will not be increased.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except in limited circumstances detailed below. If you need to change the date of your visit then, if you created an account when you booked online, you can log in here prior to your booked date and make this change yourself.  Please contact info@stanleyspencer.org.uk with your reference if you have a problem.

The gallery is not liable for visitors' accommodation and travel costs and will not reimburse such costs should an event be cancelled or the gallery needs to close due to curcumstances beyond its control.  This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather.  In these circumstances, we will consider a refund of ticket costs if an alternative date cannot be arranged for your visit.
